James Kelsey, and The Most Rev. Njongonkulu Winston Hugh Ndungane.The Commencement address is being delivered by The Most Rev. Njongonkulu Winston Hugh Ndungane, Archbishop of Cape Town and Metropolitan of the Church of the Province of Southern Africa.
